I grew up in Oak Lawn Illinois, a south suburb of Chicago, where I attended Gasteyer Elementary School and H.L. Richards High School and Moraine Valley Community Collage. Got involved in a family business for about 20 years, before moving to Hayward. Now 14 years into Real Estate full time, have designed and built this log style Big Bear office.
I love to be out on the lake, skiing, fishing or taking a trip to one of the many local resort restaurants. Wildlife watching from your boat captures views of Deer and Bear swimming. Majestic eagles, loons, otter, and blue heron cross your path.
 My wife Kathie, and I met at the Oak Lawn Roller Rink. We were married at the Black Partridge Forest Preserve in a picnic grove, and camped on Pine Island on The Chippewa flowage for part of our Honeymoon. The public island camp sites became a staple for many years, a place of solitude and beauty. You can still enjoy the same camping, call me for details.
Our daughter, Sarah Anne is growing up quickly, now in Intermediate School in Hayward. After being married for 16 years, and doctors not giving us much hope, We received this gift from God.
We attend Cable United Church of Christ. During our 14 year membership in this congregation, I have served on the Church Board as maintenance and finance and youth ministry and youth education.
